Normally if you go to Application>Other>ATI Catalyst Control Center the programm will appear as the picture by you cannot change anything

To let it works just simply go to Terminal by Applications > Accessories > Terminal

Then type sudo amdcccle and input the password

Now the Catalyst Control Center is able for you to modify and you can now change the option of your screen!
